Purpose of the Service
Combined and bespoke assessments create a bespoke and cost effective service to meet the needs of the referrer
What is an Combined Assessment?
There are often situations where a referrer would benefit from the information gathered from more then one assessment. In order to answer the referral question we discuss the referrer's needs and create a tailored assessment that combines elements of more than one assessment. As well as being less costly to fund than separate assessments, this is also more time efficient and less onerous for the claimant.
An example would be where a person hasn't got a job to return to and it is unclear what work they could do. Carrying out a combined Initial Vocational Rehab and Vocational Redirection Assessment will give the referrer a full picture of the individual's circumstances, barriers and strengths as well as identifying adjustments needed and the sort of work they would be suited to.
A full report is provided which will include recommendations to address the barriers , identify what assistance is needed to achieve a return to work and a costed rehabilitation plan.
Who is this suitable for?
Because this is a bespoke package that will vary from case to case according to the referrer's needs this may be suitable for a range of situations and individuals. We will always discuss the suitability for this with the referrer and design a tailored service.
