• Six months of support following the end of the course

Method of delivery

Blended learning approach; online, self-directed, resources, and post course support. Sessions take place in small groups of about 6 learners and one tutor.

Purpose of the Service:

Support those who want to change careers or who can no longer do to their previous job, by helping them to develop employability skills.

What is the Vocational Redirection course:

The vocational redirection course helps develop employability skills, identify career options and support members transition their careers.
The course is broken into self directed work using our specialist resources and 4 sessions covering core employability subjects, support overcoming additional redirection barriers,Support around CV, goal setting and next steps.

Anyone looking to change careers.

Ergocom provided in depth consultation covering a phased return to work plan, equipment for both home and workplace that would help with recovery and advice surrounding how colleagues could help in the workplace.
